Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to www.thecorecollectivemiami.com, run by The Core Collective (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking through it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Bookings, passes and payments

• Classes, passes, private sessions and events are booked and paid for through Mindbody, our booking provider. Mindbody’s own terms also apply when you use it.
• Prices and class times on this site are a guide. The price, schedule and availability shown in Mindbody when you book are the ones that apply, and we may change classes, instructors, times or prices.
• Cancellation, late-cancel, no-show, expiry and refund rules for each class, pass or membership are shown when you book or buy, and form part of your agreement with us.
• Introductory offers are for new clients only, one per person, unless stated otherwise.

Your health and safety

• Exercise carries a risk of injury. Check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a medical condition.
• Tell your instructor before class about any injury, condition or pregnancy, work within your own limits, and stop if something doesn’t feel right.
• You may be asked to accept a liability waiver and our studio policies before your first class.
• Content on this site is general information, not medical advice.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about the studio and to book with us. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content in bulk.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to The Core Collective or the people who licensed them to us. Please don’t reuse them without our written permission. You’re welcome to share links to any page.

Other websites

This site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Mindbody, Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
