Classes
Six classes. One room. No heat.
Everything on the schedule is 30 to 55 minutes, capped small, and built to scale up or down on the day. Come to one, or build a week out of all of them.

Core Collective Sculpt
Fifty-five minutes of slow, controlled work that targets the small stabilising muscles most workouts skip - glutes, core, inner thighs, shoulders. Light weights, sliders, a resistance band and a lot of pulsing. Instructors move through the room correcting form hands-on rather than teaching from the front. Non-heated, low impact, and you will feel it for two days.
Good for
- Building long, lean strength
- Bodies that don't love running or jumping
- Beginners and five-day-a-week regulars alike
Bring
- Grip socks
- Water
- A towel

Pilates Sculpt
Closer to the classical mat work, with more attention paid to sequencing and breath. Instructors take the time to correct each movement, so it's the class people tend to recommend when a friend asks where to start. Expect the same non-heated room and the same deep, quiet burn.
Good for
- Learning the work properly
- Anyone returning after time off
- Cross-training alongside heavier lifting
Bring
- Grip socks
- Water
- A towel

ABS + ASS
A short, sharp session built entirely around core and glutes. It's the class for a lunch break or a day where an hour isn't happening - all of the burn, half of the clock. Non-heated like everything else on the schedule.
Good for
- A packed day
- Stacking onto a longer class
- Targeted core and glute work
Bring
- Grip socks
- Water
- A towel

Dance Cardio Sculpt
Cardio that doesn't feel like a workout. The choreography is built to be learned on the fly, the music is loud, and sculpt intervals are folded in so it's more than just sweat. No dance background required, and absolutely no one is watching you.
Good for
- Cardio without a treadmill
- Leaving in a better mood than you arrived
- Pairing with a sculpt class earlier in the week
Bring
- Trainers
- Water
- A towel

Core Cardio Burn
The most conditioning-led class on the schedule. Cardio intervals alternate with floor and core work so the heart rate never fully drops. Still low impact by design - the intensity comes from the pace, not from jumping.
Good for
- Conditioning and endurance
- Anyone who wants to be genuinely out of breath
- A hard mid-week session
Bring
- Trainers
- Water
- A towel

Community Sculpt
A free sculpt class we run for the neighbourhood - the easiest possible way to try the studio, meet the instructors and see whether the room is for you. Spots go quickly and get announced in the WhatsApp chat first.
Good for
- A first visit
- Bringing a friend
- Meeting the rest of the collective
Bring
- Grip socks
- Water
- A towel

Before you come
Questions we get a lot.
- Is the studio heated?
- No. Everything we do is non-heated - you'll work hard, but you won't be fighting the room to do it.
- I've never done pilates. Can I start with any class?
- Yes. Every class is built to scale, and instructors will show you the lighter option for anything that doesn't suit your body that day. Pilates Sculpt is the most common place to start, and the free Community Sculpt class is the easiest.
- What should I bring?
- Grip socks for the mat classes, trainers for dance cardio, water and a towel. Mats and all equipment are provided.
- How early should I arrive?
- Ten minutes before your first class so we can get you set up, and five minutes for every class after that.
- How do I book?
- Everything runs through Mindbody - the live schedule, class packs and memberships are all there. Last-minute spots get posted in the WhatsApp chat first.
- Is there parking?
- Yes - there's parking at the studio, plus street parking along NE 2nd Ave and the surrounding blocks.
- What's the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations are handled through Mindbody. Check the studio's policy there when you book.
